What are empathy interviews?
Empathy interviews are a qualitative research technique that aims to gain a deep understanding of people's experiences, thoughts, and emotions. The goal is to develop empathy for the interviewee by actively listening, asking open-ended questions, and creating a safe space for the interviewee to share their feelings and experiences.
